Mike Gibbons is a traveling man, and he’s ready to share his adventures with the world. The singer-songwriter’s new CD, Loose Ends, contains ten exciting tracks that draw listeners into Gibbons’s world—from surfing with sharks to climbing Kilimanjaro. With Loose Ends, Gibbons flexes his songwriting prowess and explores a range of topics with a rock edge and unplugged grace. Music fans will have a chance to catch these songs live, as Mike Gibbons and his all-star band debut Loose Ends at the Great
American Music Hall on September 4th.

Loose Ends features bassist Mark Calderon (Wyclef Jean, Marc Brussard), Andy Weller on electric guitar, Yair Envine (Spencer Day) on cello, and Dina Macabee (Vienna Teng) on violin. The album also features guest appearances by Steve Bradley (No Doubt, Gwen Stefani) on trumpet and Dan Eisenburg (Ryan Adams) on Hammond B3 organ. Loose Ends was produced by Bay Area music guru Dave Tweedie of Chocolate O’Brian Productions.

Other artists also performing at The Great American Hall on September 4th include bluesman Matt Hanson, Monsters Are Not Myths, and Hey! Brontosaurus.
